Covid-19 Precautions:
Everyone who enters the facility must wear a mask completely covering their nose, mouth, and chin. Their temperature will be taken upon entry. Each patient must present negative Covid-19 test results taken within the last 4 days. Patients that were not tested, or who tested positive cannot be seen at our facility. During this time there is limited seating in our waiting area to allow for social distancing. We ask that patients limit themselves to one companion if entering the facility, or have them wait in their vehicle. Patients may check in at the front desk and wait in the vehicle with them instead of the waiting area.
